Live on stage, the American ensemble Bang On A Can All-Stars measures up to an energetic rock band. Brian Eno’s ambient classic Music for Airports is well-known territory for the musicians, as well as the dynamic music of Steve Martland. Electric guitar is a quintessential ingredient of Steve Reich’s 2x5, which will have its Dutch premiere tonight. David Longstreth from the eccentric pop group Dirty Projectors has named his composition after actor Matt Damon. The adventurous concert has a pre- and aftershow by Subbacultcha! and Future Vintage from 18:00 until 0:30.
