Three finalists battle for the Deloitte Jazz Award, a prestigious prize worth 20,000 euros now in its seventh year. A rhythm section led by Stefan Lievestro, a double bass player who won the award in 2005, will accompany them on stage. The show also features a performance by Oene van Geel, the first recipient of the Deloitte Jazz Award in 2002, and the two runners-up from that year, Randal Corsen and Francien van Tuinen. The master of ceremonies is Dutch television presenter Wilfried de Jong. Tonight the Bimhuis cafe-restaurant will be serving a buffet menu instead of its usual a-la-carte menu (euro 15, from 19 hours). Reservations recommended: 020-7882158.
