FRANZ VON CHOSSY TRIO

Franz von Chossy–piano, Sean Fasciani–bass, Flin van Hemmen-drums

The trio of the German pianist/composer Franz von Chossy won the Dutch Jazz Competition 2006 last summer because of his 'original, dynamic and often virtuoso (inter)play'. The band leader himself was declared Best Soloist because of his 'subtle, spatial and personal play'. With bass player Sean Fasciani and drummer Flin van Hemmern (Best Solist Dutch Jazz Competition 2004) he presents the debut album of his trio.
