The new concert series Latin Crossroads has latinLatin jazz as its point of departure. Percussion player Jaime Rodriguez and his band welcome guests who cross their own styles and backgrounds with Latin-American jazz music. In this first edition the special guest is the young Rumanian saxophonist/flutist Alex Simu, who knows his way around jazz and latinLatin, as well as Arabic and classical music. ‘A humble virtuoso with an emotional depth expected only from veterans such as Ivo Papasov’ (Volkskrant).

The Bimhuis restaurant will be opened during & after the Latin Crossroads concert, (16:30-20:00) and will serve a selection of ensaladas and fajitas.
