Dutch/Turkish guitarist and composer Timuçin Şahin presents a trio with the most famous trumpet player in The Netherlands today, Eric Vloeimans, plus New York based rising star and musical innovator Tyshawn Sorey (also a member of the Steve Lehman Octet) on drums. The three musicians combine power, virtuosity and beauty in their improvisations. Şahin, who plays both six- and seven stringed fretless guitars, challenges his musical partners with his compositions.

This project has received financial support by the Government of the Republic of Turkey within the framework of the celebrations to mark the 400th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and the Netherlands.
