When Uri Caine performs in the seasoned line-up of the acoustic piano trio you can expect something special. As one of the greats of the adventurous New York downtown scene the pianist/composer knows how to incorporate anything, whether it is electric funk or renditions of Beethoven, Mozart and Mahler.
