Bimhuis Box Office
-The box office can be reached on telephone number +31(0)20 788 2188.
- The Bimhuis box office is open on concert nights from 8.30 PM until 11 PM. When a concert is sold out or almost sold out, the box office will open half an hour earlier. Attention: the box office is not open during the jam session on Tuesday night and during other free concerts and activities.
- In the Bimhuis you can pay cash, with PIN and with a credit card (VISA, Euro/Mastercard, Diners and American Express).
CKV vouchers (on demand of a CKV-pas) and theatre vouchers are valid in the Bimhuis.
Reservations by phone
- Phone: 020 - 788 2188- Monday up to including Friday from 15:00 until 18:30 and at concertnights
- Tickets can be picked up at the box office of the Bimhuis on every concertnight from 18:30 until, at the latest, half an hour before the starting time of the concert.
- No reservation fee will be charged.
- Tickets reserved at the Bimhuis can not be sent to a home address.

Sold out? Come anyway!
If a concert is sold out it is possible to take a number. Tickets that have not been collected will be sold half an hour before the beginning of the concert. The earlier you take a number the bigger the chance you will get in.

Would you like to give a Bimhuis concert as a present? At the box office of the Bimhuis you can buy concert vouchers.
BIMHUIS CARDS
- Bimhuis Card
€ 290 (€ 250 with CJP, Stadspas, Studentenkaart, CKV-pas / € 170 with Conservatory or Muziekwetenschap student card).
- Free admission for concerts up to € 20, organised by the Bimhuis. We will charge an extra fee for concerts over € 20.
- Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Free monthly program by mail.
- 50% discount on the entrance fee of all concerts in Moods - Zurich, Jazzhouse - Copenhagen, Porgy and Bess - Vienna, Unterfahrt - Munchen and Stadtgarten - Cologne.
Discounts
The Bimhuis offers a reduced price for holders of a CJP, Stadspas, Cultuurkaart or student card. Music students get a special discount. The reduction is related to the entrance fee:

SEATS
Please note! A concert ticket does not guarantee a seat!
The Bimhuis concert hall offers 225 seats and 150 standing places. This means we cannot guarantee a seat will be available for you during sold out concerts.
In case of a physical disability, please contact the Bimhuis box office (020-788 2188) to reserve a seat.
As instructed by the fire brigade it is not allowed to take chairs or stools from the café into the concert hall.
